Smoked Salmon

  • 16 hours of real-time required
  • 12 hours for the procedure
  • 04 hours of smoking

Ingredients required

  • 1-½ pounds of the whole salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup or (4 tablespoons) kitchen salt
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ black pepper
  • Fresh dill (bunch)
  • 1-lemon (sliced)


  • Distribute the salmon fillets in the broad baking dish or tray.
  • Mix salt, pepper, and brown sugar synchronically.
  • Pat the mixture thoroughly all over the fillets and place the lemon slices and chopped dill above it.
  • Gently push the mixture into the panfish and cover it tightly with the plastic wrap to seal the dish.
  • Place the salmon in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8-12 hours before smoking.

Ingredients required


  • One pkg Oreo cookies (only cream)
  • 3pkg cream cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Two eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 3 ½ tsp vanilla essence


  • One kg Oreo cookies (crushed biscuits)
  • ⅙ cup melted butter
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • Pinch of salt

  • Eight pieces of chicken legs
  • 1-bar of butter (melted)

  • 1lb elbow macaroni (boiled)

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 8oz of cream cheese
  • 24oz cheese (shredded)
  • Pepper according to your taste

Preparing cheese sauce

  • Add your flour and the melted butter in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes until the mixture is thick. Once your mixture is thick in consistency, add 3 cups of milk and 8oz of cream cheese.
